Daniel has over 15 years of experience in the construction, homebuilding and real estate industries, notably in California. He hails from Southern California and has worked for subcontractors as project and operations management, as well as directing business development and for general contractors as project and operations management, with a specific focus in the residential homebuilding arena.  He has managed firms in the millions of dollars with a large field staff, with responsibilities for operations, customer service and accounting, with great success.

We are a small privately held minority family and employee owned and operated business based in Southern California. The company was founded in 2009 during the Great Recession, after its founders were laid off.  Looking to do what they enjoyed and were good at, the founders established a construction company to serve a niche.  That company since diversified to provide business process outsourcing services to other companies and expanded, as a consortium and partnership with experts in their respective fields, providing services tailored to the construction industry. 

As an employee owned company, the Company remains managed by former FORTUNE 500 executive professionals and consultants on the principle that a small company, with the right systems can operate with the power of a much larger company.  Our staff has been serving in these roles for these customers for years.  And, we partner with local and out of the area service providers.

We've been there. Now, we work with others from small to mid sized contractors and with union and non-union shops-- utilizing tested and proven systems. Management remains continually active in the operations of the firm, often serving as backup or front line staff.
